Magic pack size sextant does not affect Alva missions in Glennach Cairns

When using the Cultural Advancement node in Glennach Cairns with the 30% increased magic packsize sextant, the size of the magic packs inside incursions are not increased. Tested by running a normal map with and without the sextant and using incubators to count mobs in each incursion.

Using a booming populace stone does work however, and the mob courts are higher as expected, so this issue is with the sextant mod.

This is probably because the incursions are still following the normal rules for normal/magic/rare packs, and just elevating the rarity of normal monsters afterwards.

I imagine that much is mechanically intended so that you don't end up with normal monsters anyways (I believe a rare pack has one rare monsters surrounded by normal ones?), but it would be nice to see clarification on the matter.
