Debuff stacking

Hello,
I have a question about debuff stacking...
I want to use item with mod 'nearby enemies have -% to chaos resistance', how does this effect stack with other similar debuffs ?

If I use Wither, Despair curse (as aura) and the mentioned mod, will all these 3 stack together ?

yes, it will stack with Despair curse. Withered does not cause enemies to lose chaos resist
