[HC] All mods Hardcore league (AKA PT/No lube)

Starting up another all mod HC league with trading and grouping allowed. Keep in mind that this is not SSF nor is Ritual available as it is too rewarding.

The goal is to make it as challenging and fun as possible while allowing for people to play together and trade with each other. This is not meant to be a place to practise for the Gaunlet race as it has different mods.

I can extend the league another 10 days if necessary, but other additions to the league would have to be crowdfunded.

Use /Global 4949 and /Trade 4949.

Since there is a limited amount of player slots right now I will try to make sure active players get one, especially if you have played similar leagues before.
