I'd love to play this game for the next few years, be max lvl, etc. but this game is unplayable because of fps drops. I can change the settings to have 10 30 or 60 fps but from time to time it drops to 1-2 fps and i cant do anything about it (almost every time i press the attack button). I've tried everything; changing settings, .ini file, installing standalone instead of steam version, changing network mode, multiprocessing, installing process lasso to fix the processor usage, disabling antivirus, setting high priority, making windows be best performance. and i think that wont be the only problem. if i have in future to disable game sounds just to fix bad game code why dont i just play tibia - its voiceless game too. its bad i have integrated graphics card intel uhd 620 but i have Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8265U CPU @ 1.60GHz 1.80 GHz, 8gb ram win 10 64bit ssd. this game should work please help. dxdiag: [Removed by Support]

Hi there,
I appreciate you sharing this. After looking over the DXdiag, it does look like there may be some hardware that may be need to be updated. I would like to try something first.
Could you please let me know if you are on the Vulkan renderer, and if swapping to/from changes your performance?

We are all telling you the same thing. Streamers are having similar problems. This is on GGG's end.

Vulkan is different. Textures are loading slowly in vulkan while in direct everything is loading fast. at first i had a spike but after some time it was running ok, but i made other changes. i set everything to low + 800x600 resolution so the games runs over 60 fps even on my integrated gpu. than i set targeted fps to 20 and fps cap on background and foreground to 20 and like i said i encountered spikes only at the beginning. sadly i only tested on starting areas and using one skill and fighting 1 rare monster. in town there are a lot of spikes and over 50% worse fps from what i remember, but game isnt about being in town. i can try playing tomorrow for some more testing. in future i will buy laptop with better gpu.

Vulcan is quite problematic for me too. I was under the impression it would be quicker but actually, it's somehow "heavier".

@Tormateus
It looks like that your video drivers for your GPU may be a bit out of date. Could you try updating these and let us know what happens? Both DirectX11 and Vulkan are pretty dependent on the graphics card, and it may help in this situation.
@megabass45
I really appreciate you letting me know! Could I have you make another thread? From there, we'll try to respond as soon as possible. :)
