vendor recipe in Ritual

Hi. I am kind of new this game. I saw the some vendor recipes and tried to make in the Ritual league. But non of them work expect orbs. When I tried to make some unique item, it doesn't work. It just give me some shards. for example, when I tried to make Hyrri's Bite, used same as vendor recipe, but does not work. So is there some thing I missed ? Please let me know.

hyrris bite works just fine. you need to use the exact items required

1x WHITE (not magic/rare) sharktooth quiver
1x YELLOW (rare) onyx amulet
1x Rain of Arrows gem WITH AT LEAST 1% quality
1x orb of chance
