In general, which between taking extra physical damage or elemental damage would make the character more squishy?

Extra elemental damage is very easy to mitigate.

Generally, I'd rather take more physical damage then elemental damage.
I recommend checking the discussions about "Transcendence" keystone. Most people say it's OP. |

Jewels with multiple crit multiplier affixes cost a lot, especially when combined with +Life affix. If can find ways to mitigate the extra elemental damage taken, we can save a lot of currency by not having to buy those jewels.
