Unique Cluster Jewels that can drop from delirium bosses in MAPS

Hello all.
I wanted to know, do delirium bosses in MAPS only drop one with nothing unique cluster jewels or do they also have a chance of dropping Voices and Megalomaniac unique cluster jewels? Because so far in maps nothing but one with nothing unique cluster jewels have dropped, ty. Last bumped on Mar 2, 2021, 8:47:12 AM

" You misunderstand the wiki..... All jewel seems entirely drop from the Sim encounter, from the wave "drop unique".
