Not getting a password reset email

As the title says I am trying to reset my password and I am getting no email to do it. It's been a longtime since I last actually played so I have no idea what my old password is at this point.

you are still using the same email address you made the account with?
If not then you will need to email support and answer security questions before they allow you to link a new email address, then you can reset your password. Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

I am, and that's why I am so confused. It's supposed to be sent to the email linked to the account, right? But I am getting nothing.

Can you please add support@grindinggear.com to your email's contact list/whitelist, and then generate a email and see if that helps? Can you also please check your spam folder?
