Vaal Haste, Devouring Diadem. Incorrect Mana Reservation

Hey, I seem to have discovered a bug regarding Vaal Haste and Devouring Diadem. I currently have a 0.66 multiplier for mana reservation (20% Devouring Diadem, 14% Sovereignty). As such, Haste should reserve 33% of my mana. However, when I socket Vaal Haste, it reads as 43% reservation. When I switch to a level 1 Haste it reads as a correct 33%.

Sovereignty is 6% reduced. So that Sovereignty + Devouring Diadem = 26% reduced only.

this is probably related to all the other gear with triggers(enchants or unique stats) and vaal skills that I keep seeing.

" I think I'll second this notion. Does your Vaal Haste gem also provide two versions of Haste you can select for your skill bar? This has also been a common report related to Vaal skills behaving weirdly. |

I'm having a similar issue with incorrect mana reservation with my aura setup in the devouring diadem. I have no mana multipliers in the helm and it only reduces 10% of the mana.
