Paradox of Paradoxica

Hi!

Paradox: Paradoxica with 180 DPS and Double damage (360 effective DPS) is better then Foil with 500 DPS.

In pob, if you replace Paradoxica with Foil with 500 DPS - you will see DPS loss.

Why Paradoxica with 180*2=360 is stronger than foil 500?

I believe it also doubles the added physical damage you have on your gear, meainly rings and amulets. I may be wrong here, though.

because paradoxia 'double damage' is not 'double BASE damage'. its double FINAL damage.

meaning you have to calculate all the added, increased, and more damage first, THEN double it.

I knew there was some reason I also bought a cheap savior before they go back up in price. DonTheCrown dps Maven in like 1:31 world record with that Champion steel build of his. One day I'll get the rest of that gear up to par with his, but that set of swords is a good start towards it at least. Rest can be crafted essentially for the most part.
