Aul’s uprising With Haste reserves no mana Aspect of the cat Curse enemies with vulnerability on hit I’m unsure how to add aspects and the curse enemies with Vuln. on hit. I’ve seen uniques with extra modifiers, crafts, implicit, etc. would it be possible to make this, and what would be the best method? Could you also anoint the amulet with a notable? you can't add explicit mod to unique item

You can add the Vulnerability on Hit mod on your gloves, as corruption. For aspect of the cat, you need a rare item with an open suffix to be able to craft it, so the unique amulet is not an option. You'd better find another slot where to craft it - maybe a ring or belt.
