Magic Finder in Simulacrum?

Do magic find builds work in simulacrum at all? I'm aware the quantity doesn't affect delirium rewards, but does the rarity?

All the rarity/quanity on your gear only affects slain monsters. It does not affect chests or, in this case, delirium rewards.
So no, it does not affect the loot table. |
