I have an problem with loot-filter in PoE.

To link an item filter to your account, first please ensure that you are logged into the correct account. You should be able to see your characters by clicking on the 'Characters' tab in your Account Information page here:

You can then 'follow' a community created item filter. You can find a list of popular item filters here:

https://www.pathofexile.com/item-filter/ladder/follower

Please note, you do not need to 'copy' the item filter unless you want to make changes to the item filter yourself, following is enough. Also, if you 'follow' an item filter, any changes will be updated automatically when you reload your filters in-game.

To enable the item filter in-game, please go to your Options, and then the UI tab. At the bottom there will be an item filter dropdown where you can select from your account's linked item filters.

If you are having trouble with a particular item filter, I would suggest trying a different one to see if that works. If it does, I recommend contacting the creator of the item filter that is not working for you.
