Tibbs wealth

I talked to Tibbs, got his wealth in my inventory, went into the heist, came back to Rogue's Harbor a couple times to vendor loot. Now when I go to place his wealth I notice that it's no longer in my inventory. I haven't dropped it and I haven't left Rogue's Harbor.

I have same issue. I left heist to un-contraband loot, got back and can't interact with "place pile of wealth" thing anymore, since Tibb's wealth disappeared from inventory. So green contract failed.
Please, fix it, since it's at least half of year old bug.

Just got this bug also. Eight month bug.
