Rotblood Promise+Temporal Chains applying at half effect when "Immune to Curses"

Rotblood Promise states that "Curse Auras from Socketed Skills also affect you". Chains of Emancipation states that you are Immune to Curses while you have at least 25 Rage. Turning the Blasphemy on and off will cause the Rage to rise to full. So far so good. Here's where some really weird things start to happen though: * Temporal Chains continues to affect you despite you being Immune to Curses. * My Basalt Flask of Warding does not remove the Temporal Chains. * You do not lose Rage if getting hit. However, you also don't gain any Rage, so the Blasphemy is not instantly removing Temp Chains when hit. Curse Immunity should also be applying anyway. * Turning off the Blasphemy, while having over 25 Rage and thus being Immune to Curses, prevents Temp Chains from being applied on hit, but maintains the Rage loss not starting. https://streamable.com/d8aokx Chainbreaker was allocated in this clip, but a similar process happens without it. * Re-equipping the belt will cause the Blasphemy Curse to be removed. * Turning the Blasphemy back on in this state will cause the Blasphemy to apply again. * Re-equipping the belt repeatedly will cause Rage to rise, although visually it appears to not hit full Rage when Chainbreaker is not allocated. * Without Chainbreaker, this can be done for over 2 minutes of uptime on Berserk, as long as Rage is kept above 25. With Chainbreaker, this should be able to keep up for several minutes even when hitting an enemy. Other notes: * Map Mod Temporal Chains makes Curse Immunity function properly, removing the curse even with Blasphemy on from either the belt or a flask. This may be due to Curse Effect overwriting the Blasphemy Curse. * Map Mod Temporal Chains did not generate rage on removal in 3.12, but this appears to have been fixed as of 3.13. * Map Mod Enfeeble/Vulnerability also cause the Blasphemy to be removed upon reaching 25+ Rage. * Maps without any Curses, and story zones/hideout will show the irregular behaviour where the Blasphemy Temporal Chains continues to persist upon reaching 25+ Rage. * To be more specific, Temporal Chains will apply at half effect while above 25+ Rage, and apply at full effect while below 25 Rage. Theory: Immune to Curses is working properly, but Rotblood Promise is making Temporal Chains continue to apply in situations where it should be removed at half strength, and is bypassing Curse Immunity unless another curse (or stronger Temporal Chains) is also affecting you.
