Harvest Grove/Oshabi bug

Found a random Harvest in a map (Palace Map)

No plants, not able to click or interact with middle tree. No crafting bench.

Not sure if it was supposed to be Oshabi fight or not, but there is nothing to start the fight.

Is this a common bug?
