What is involved in hiring a boss killer?

What is the process of hiring a boss killer? What is the best method of handling such? Do most kill the boss then you pay them? Completely new to this process so I can use all the help someone can offer in doing this without getting cheated.

you can look through their threads for vouches, and choose which service you need.


normally payment is expected upfront (though if they somehow fail, most will refund your payment + fragments), and there may be different prices depending on who gets loot (if all you want is challenge completion, for instance)
