The Maximum # of Available Deferrals Isn't Recalculated When You Buy Deferred Items

Say you have 1 deferred slot available because you like to defer a lot of things. You get a juicy Ritual with 5 expensive items you want to defer. Easy, just buy up 5 of your deferred items to make space right? Nope.

The number of available defer slots is fixed at the moment of Ritual creation. You could buy 10 visible deferred items, you'd still only be able to defer 1 new item.

Recalculate it every time a purchase is made.

(Closing and reopening the Ritual window doesn't help.)
