Atziri Instance Disappeared

I was running a normal Atziri and went back to town with 3 portals left. Suddenly, and before my eyes, all of my remaining portals disappeared. I am kind of very annoyed that I wasted my sacrifices considering I am playing SSF. I was already hesitant to play this league considering how terrible the last was for performance. I just started this character a week ago and am already regretting the time.
