Losing Inspired Learning stacks after incubator loot explosion

Recently while doing 5-way legion I noticed, that I tend to lose all buffs from Inspired Learnings. I don't know if it happens only while self cursing with temporal chains. But it is annoying to the point that I stopped using incubators. It is not one-time event, it happens every incubator explosion.

You can clearly see the moment when incubators pop off and all of the buffs are gone, dps and ms also goes down.
