Cannot roll attack modifiers bugged

Hello, I have this Stygian Vise with an influence mod on its suffixes, and the "cannot roll attack modifiers" craft.
After harvest "remove random influence and then add new influence mod" I do keep getting this "projectile attack damage" mod. Got it twice in a row and stoped trying. After first attempt:  After second attempt:  Is this a bug? Last bumped on Feb 18, 2021, 6:18:08 PM
