Weapon effect when dual wield

To clarify, any weapon effects or skins obtained from the microtransaction shop will only apply to one weapon at a time. A second copy of the microtransaction would be required to apply to a second weapon such as when dual wielding. However, weapon effects from Supporter Packs or Challenge Rewards currently apply to both weapons while dual wielding as it is unreasonable (or impossible) to obtain a second copy of these cosmetics. I hope this clears things up!
