Horticrafting station - Stuck scroll bar

And i understand this also happens with other scrollbars in the game

BUG: scroll bar gets stuck in top or bottom position and is impossible to scroll away in that menu

Cause:
- Scroll bar elements have tiny scroll up/scroll down buttons on the ends
- when any window is open over PoE
- hold Left click in that window and drag it over where the scroll button is in the background in PoE (it has to trigger scrollbar move in the background)
- you now have the scrollbar stuck

Unstucking it:
- clicking the opposite scroll button (so up button if its stuck at the bottom)
- relog
