Is Signal Prey a "minion" ability? edit: solved

I was wondering if the Signal Prey ability from predator support counts as a minion ability for the purposes of the Enduring Bond notable (and anything else that considers whether you've "used a minion ability recently").

I could resummon a minion every 4 seconds but then they'd lose frenzy/power charges and would have to regain them (plus downtime during their summon animation).


EDIT: I just discovered the minion damage modifier stat on the character sheet, and can confirm Signal Prey counts as a minion ability (I get +30% minion damage after using it).
