Challenge 12 reward bug

My game failed after I won the rewarded weapon effect after finishing 12 challenges. When I re-entered the game afterwards, the weapon effect disappeared and although the 13th challenge is over, I still have no weapon effect in my account.

Could you try using the /recheck_achievements command in the game chat? If this doesn't work, please send an email to support@grindinggear.com and they can take a further look.
