Storm Burst not hitting/shocking hydrosphere while channeling.

I am using storm burst cast while channeling hydrosphere but, I have also tested using manually cast hydrosphere. (This is very obvious to see when done with a manually cast hydrosphere as it will not pulse at all.)

Storm burst will not hit/shock hydrosphere while you are channeling, it will only hit the hydrosphere, and start proccing the extra pulses from being shocked, once the storm burst orbs explode when you stop channeling.
