Welcome, I am looking for an answer to a question, I want to search for an item with a specific minimum stat value, e.g. above 50 strength and 70 life Is it possible to search for items this way?

Yes, and you can do much more than that. Expand "show filters", add your stat filter, and type a number in the "MIN" box.
As a note, make sure it's the right version of the stat for best results. Some stats have several different options to pick from that are used for different types of affixes on different types of items. |

Their position on this has been made clear. You get "easy" trade, in that you don't have to meet up with the seller, but "hard" in that you can't search for the item you want. They want it that way.
