Berek's Respite doens't work with Fan The Flames

Berek's Respite ignite spread doesn't work with ignites created with Fan The Flames. However Ignites created through Ignite Proliferation does.
Fan The Flames and Ignite Proliferation are worded exactly the same so they should function identically.
Pretty please fix as it is currently destroying my build when I swapped from Ignite Proliferation to Fan The Flames.
