Freezing Ulaman, Sovereign of the Well with less than 50 cold damage

I just noticed that I could permantly freeze Ulaman, Sovereign of the Well in a lvl 85 Abyssal Depths with Orb of Storms on my archmage cremation necro

I don't even have any chance to freeze on the skilltree, just 6% critical Chance. There must be something wrong with the Freeze calculation on that Boss.

But in order to freeze you need to do enough damage, otherwise the freeze doesn't happen. And even if a freeze happens, the duration should be very short due to my low cold damage.

And I wasn't able to freeze any of his white mobs he is spawning in his add-phase.

happens for me too on my poison BF/BB assassin. (Pob-fork https://pastebin.com/BfMNfxZV )

I use ungil's harmony amulet, so my crits don't actually deal extra damage. so I suspect it could be one of my setups for charge-generation in rituals that is bugged and therefore sometimes perma freeze bosses:

cwdt + power charge on crit + orb of storms (lvl 1)
cwdt + inc AoE + coldsnap (lvl 1)

Also, your bug is already on known bug list

happens with desert hillok and some metamorphs aswell. hyrri was just one example among many.
