Maven Invitations Not Dropping

Just killed the Minotar (last of 4/4 kill of the Shaper bosses).

Message says to accept Maven's Invitation. Except that their is NO Invitation to accept.

Tried all loot filter settings, and even the game default loot filter - No Invitation. This has happened several times now.

Please Fix.

Keep running Shaper Guardians (Preferably Hydra.) It's not a guaranteed drop.

I've killed every guardian and breachlords a few times, I've killed Shaper and Elder, I've completed Maven's quests (unlocking every atlas skill point), I've completed every atlas bonus but 3...

Still no invitation so I can't unlock the Uncharted Realms. I'm playing SSF but I've checked the trade site and the invitations are so cheap there's no way they can be this rare.

Why do these even exists? Why can't we just do the encounters after killing the guardians, etc?

- 3rd boss collected for 3-boss fight
- 4th boss collected for 4-boss fight (excluding the hidden region)
- 5th boss collected for 5-boss fight (excluding the hidden region)

- 10th boss collected for 10-boss fight (guaranteed only once)

All Invitations in the hidden region are NOT guaranteed.
10-boss Invitations are NOT guaranteed AFTER the first time it drops from collecting the 10th boss.

I see you quoting this post and while most of it is helpful it does not answer this question: from whom does the invitation drop? Can it drop without Maven or does she have to be there? If she has to be there than it is bugged because she can’t be there once you observed the boss. Observe all 4 and how are you to get the invite for that set if you can’t toggle here on; outside of trade?

Did Ex have any drop pattern


As far as i experienced, the invitation drop from any boss encounter when it was by Maven (also you can try atlas region and uncharted realm are there any difference)

Ex have nothing to do with your atlas passives progression.

I think you are misunderstanding the question which is - again - do invitations drop from bosses not being observed by Maven? Anyone have a definitive answer?

I'm having the same problem it seems. I've killed all shaper guardians multiple times but haven't had the invitation drop. The map tab shows each of these bosses with the witnessed icon - and they are all highlighted on Maven's list on the atlas. Although curiously the maps themselves do not have the purple text. Also, I had "The feared" invitation drop but have not done any of those bosses with Maven witnessing them so maybe it was a bug where the wrong invitation dropped.

Edit: OK it looks like I had done elder with Maven so the feared probably dropped from that.

I noticed that occasionally the Envoy rocks up in maps where the Maven has already witnessed the fight. So if talking to him prompts the invitation to drop from the boss I guess just run a tonne of the guardian maps until he shows up? Pretty frustrating. I also had the elder guardian maven invitation drop from the Channel map boss and the Maven wasn't witnessing that so it seems like they can just randomly drop. Very unsatisfying. I'm pretty desperate to get this invitation so I can unlock the second lot of Zana upgrades and finally see some harvests.

Ah I see so that's the trick; Envoy needs to be in the map. Thanks that's the answer I was looking for when the Maven can't be toggled because she already witnessed the map.
