[3.13] Cya Dancing Duo Skeletons Summoner Budget/Damage/Starter Nearly All Content

Hello this is Cya's 3.13 league starter. After bossing and mapping I keep making minor changes to this old but also new build.
The reason I marked as Nearly All Content because I havnt done Maven's 4 breach lords and 5 deadly bosses by myself, carried by other flaskfinders. Thank you for your interest reading this build guide

concept
Offence: Our main offensive is the skeleton for single target and dancing duo for mapping. Switch weapons to summon carrion golem to grant skeleton feeding frenzy buff. Defense: 22% physical damage reducion. near 6k life points. 400 life regen+ 10%regen in 1 second. life flasks Summoners generally use flasks and regen to sustain if not going zombies.

my current equipments: Cost under 10ex. Weapons: Dancing duo for mapping switch weapons and melee splash for hard single target. Other items: Flasks: depends on what boss you fighting may switch to resistance flasks.
