Which support gem for Arc ?

I've started an Arc witch and I don't know wich support gem can I use.

Is Arc + Fork work like Ice spear + Fork ?
Is Arc + Chain up the chaining time ?
Is Arc + Multiple Projectiles launch 3/5 arcs ?

Arc is not a projectile spell, meaning it does not work with fork and lesser multiple projectiles. It does work with chain, making hit more targets. You can also use gems like added lightning damage, faster casting, mana or life leech, etc.
