help ! accidently deleted my main account by linking a new one

i created a new poe account unintentionally .I wanted to download the game on your website and link my steam account to my pathofexile account but i think i just deleted my path of exile main acount or Something like this when i tried to link them .
so now . yesterday i sended an e-mail to the support but they only sending me the link to reset my password .. i did it .. but then an error happenned . they ask me for some informations that i answered . but now i been waiting for 15 hours to get a support answer to help me and tell me what to do , but nothing .. i hope ill get my help here . i have spent money on this account i dont want to loose it . |

We can help you out here. If you can contact us at support@grindinggear.com from the email address associated to your Path of Exile accounts, we can restore them to how they were prior to being linked.

i did contact you from my main e-mail account but i still dont have any answer after you ask me for some informations that i have answered . i sended more messages to support@grindinggear.com . but still no answer ,it's been 15 hours .

STOP sending them emails. Every time you do, it sends your ticket back to the end of the line. Show some patience and wait until they get back to you.
