Glacial Ritual Completion Not Triggering

The Glacial Ritual challenge completion for "Complete Encounters V" seems to be bugged. I have 14/15 rituals for this one, and despite seeing the glacial ritual multiple times (the one with the spinning ice beams), and completing it multiple times, my challenge completion doesn't seem to be updating:



I would've encountered this one fairly early on in the league, so it could be a bug from early on (first day or two). It's almost as though the game thinks I've seen this ritual already but the challenge completion thinks I haven't.

Just to be sure, you've seen the ritual with FIVE spinning ice beams before?

The Bitter ritual has three spinning ice beams, which has confused at least one person.

Ahhh, right. I may have just seen the three beam one.

I have the same problem.
Is this Glacial ritual so rare?

I have been playing since day 1 and I never got one. There is definitely something going on here.
