Unable to kill Visceris in Overgrown Ruin

After going into 2nd phase he became immortal and wasn't taking any damage at all. Invited friend with physical dmg to make sure it's not my char. It wasn't.

I was doing t2 or t3 map just for completion bonus. It should be melted in second.
