General consensus is "no", since blackflame makes the enemy take fire damage as chaos, while AoF makes you deal no non-fire.
In other words, your ignitions will still deal fire damage, but rather than being resisted by Fire resistance (as common sense would say), it is resisted by enemy's Chaos Resistance. Also, it makes Ignite damage bypass energy shield since it will be taken as Chaos damage. It will still scale with elemental/fire damage, just won't get any bonus from Fire exposures and fire resistance lowering - just chaos (in other words, you use Despair rather than EW/Flammability) |

"RF doesn't and can't apply ignites. Blackflame specifies the damage source - an ignite. That means RF doesn't interact with ignite related modifiers on the ring. |

... my apologizes. I swore I've read "Avatar of Fire" instead of "Righteous Fire".
Of course yes, since RF inflict pure Burning Damage rather than Burning damage from Ignition, Blackflame's effect does not apply to RF's damage. And, to that extent, to any other pure fire DoT skill - Scorching Ray, Searing Bond, burning ground from Fire Trap (It will, however, apply to any ignite inflicted by the hit part of Fire Trap) |
