Boss of Spider Lair Map spawned outside room and inside of the Ritual Pillar

I had my Veritania fight spawn on the Spider Lair map. I ran the map like normal until I got to the last ritual on the map. The map had Metamorph on it and when I completed the last ritual, I noticed that a metamorph icon was over the ritual pillar icon. I thought it was just a display bug so I went on with the map and entered the boss arena. Once I entered the arena I killed the packs that were in the arena but no boss spawned. I then exited the arena which I thought was strange as the door usually disappears when killing mobs in an arena. I ran back over to the ritual with the bugged Metamorph icon and zoomed in and noticed that it was Thraxia the map boss. I tried totems and my cyclone to try to damage her but all with no luck. Looking closer it appears the Ritual pillar and Thraxia merged together. Taking a portal out and back in also did not unstick the boss. I also noticed when I went to spawn the Metamorph Vial that all the monsters were listed except the boss and when I hovered over the bosses icon it just lights up red with no text or description.
