harvest craft bug, horticrafting station shows no valid mods but there are valid mods available

I tried to get someone to do remove non-defence, add defence on this item.
there are three valid prefix defence mods, Flat ES, ES/mana and ES/life, there is one valid non-defence mod in prefixes, item rarity.



this is 100% a bug, there is 1 valid target for removal(rarity), and 3 valid for adding.

no screenshot error on hortistation as well... its not my bench to get the screenshot on

happened with two craft sellers, one provided SS of their bench and can confirm it is not their error. The best guess is the remove non is unable to remove rarity as it has no tag?

tried again on the fingerless gloves since I finally had it on my bench and it worked...
