Stygian Revenant Detonate Dead dealing more damage than Baran?

So, I get that we have to build defenses but...

I just got instakilled by one SINGLE white mob(Stygian Revenant) at 7.7k Ehp + 18k Armor + Fortify + 100% all resists(75% max)

In a WHITE MAP, Baran's Citadel - Enemy Lvl 81.

He just made two corpses explode beneath me. It was the only thing left in the map, I had completed all rituals and everything, it was extremely random.

The map had no modifiers, and it was a white mob.

I can tank Lvl 81 Baran's triple bolts with this setup + 3 End Charges.

Maybe he used DD on a high health mob or maybe he Critted twice, I don't care, it is WAY overtuned.

The idea of giving this kind of skill to a mob without limiting the damage output is a really bad one, balance wise.

I tried checking what kind of dmg it does, the wiki says it's lightning, but I think that's not acurrate.

It's not even about the Exp loss, I'm at Llv 94 and I can grind up to the next 2 levels anyway.
It's about the inconsistency of something that takes 10 MINUTES to fix and that has been in the game for so long.

It's one of the reasons I barely play HC anymore and I just see the HC community getting smaller and smaller.

I was in Blood Aqueducts (early a9) with my jugg, over 4k life, res capped, 5 or 6 endurance charges up... and got one-shotted by a white stygian revenant
