Trading bots allowed?

Hello!
I've seen many people are using tradebots to ease the game. They can buy, they can sell, and even anwser simple questions! Is this legit? And if yes, is it allowed to use other bots as well? Like farming?
If no, why? Trading is a part of community as developers say, isn't the usage of bots corrupts the idea of trading? Why developers does nothing to prevent it?
Prices on tradebots vary - from 1-2$ for a few days, to 200$ for a lifetime licence.

It's kinda weird if POE devs support "outstuff" auction, allowing bot's developers to get real money. It's almost the same as RMT, but they sell service instead of items.

There's even no way to report bot-users as there's no such option in "report" menu.

PS: i've read Devs topic on auction, that's quite... silly move - "We don't want to create auction! Better buy someone's else software that will allow what we don't want to do." Shhh...

Is that a fact?

Botting is not allowed and you will get banned. If you have proof message support support@grindinggear.com and they will look into it

No, i'm not using, i'm asking.
If they DO fighting bots, why don't let players to report them via game "report" button? Using in-game method is a way more simplier and faster than writing an e-mail to support.
I've spend around an hour to buy some fossils, Seen many lots of 3-5-10-100 batches, and guess how many did i buy?
That's kinda creepy, that bots can buy and sell faster than average human.
