Can't allocate map passives after Maven encounter.

Bug Report #: 4,235,776,372
Context: Had just finished a 3-boss Maven encounter - my first in Tirn's End map area. I clicked The Maven's Gift, and there wasn't any way to allocate map skill points - the skill tree wasn't there. Not a bug. Kill the conqueror to unlock the citadel.

You don't need to kill the conqueror
talk to the npcs on your hideout, they'll progress the quest (to the point before zana is ready to open the portal to his location) and it'll show the thing so you can go back into maven and skill the points |

Thank you! Yeah I realized this today when I talked to Kirac about my Baran encounter - it's a bit unintuitive that that's how it works, but I'm happy it's not a bug and it's working now!
