Ps4 PRO total freezing

Hey, So this is first time this game ever makes my game (console) freeze totally. No blue screen/back to ps4 menu. Rather it makes this small noise continuosly and it just stops working. Am I the only one here?

I have PS4 PRO and been playing Poe from the beginning of "PS-POE"- Era. So It has to do something with this new league probably :(. I tried to install the game too.


PS. Also the music isnt there like others has mentioned.

I am having exactly the same problem on my PS4 Pro. Screen totally freezes and a loud buzzing noise. Have to disconnect power to console and re-start. This is happening every 20 minutes or so. Very disappointed - it's a game-breaker.

i get the same thing on the ps4 pro I can only play for a few mins then my game will freeze make a buzzing noise and doesn't respond until I unplug the ps4 and plug it back in then I have to wait for it to do the whole ps4 did not shut down properly and wait for it to repair my hard drvie

Same, on my PS4 PRO

It makes my ps4 pro freeze even at the title screen. Thought it was an overheating issue but the rest of my library plays just fine.

Went on to play today after leaving it for a week and managed to get 2 hours into the game un-interrupted - great I thought, they've fixed it! Then.... BUZZZZZZZZZZZZ total freeze!

Did the power-down, re-start and data re-build, then it happened again after 11 MINUTES!

Is anyone from GGG actually going to look at this?

My ps4 also crashes completely with the poe, other games heavier than the por work perfectly, with the poe the ps4 crashes and only returns when I pull the plug and restart it.
HELP AI PLEASE, I SPENDED A MONEY IN THE GAME NOT TO PLAY .... Does anyone have any solution?

for me on ps4 after the patch its crashing every time now, and i spent money on the game too.. makes me regret doing this because i cant even enjoy what i spent.. worst experience ever on a game.. i hope GGG at least acknowledge that is unplayable for most of the players on console..

Good afternoon guys, I managed to solve my problem on PS4 crashing and freezing. The solution was to remove the camera from the PS4, at least it didn't freeze or lock up anymore, I don't know if this is the solution to solve everyone who gave this error, but with me it resolved

I just turned the game on, it let me play for a while since I hadn’t had any problems before but after going to the micro transactions and purchasing some cosmetics I played for about 10 min and game froze my entire console restarted the console by holding the power button waited for the entire restart fixed the database fixed my external hard drive (the game is on my PS4 pro not on the external hard drive), it keeps happening, I will remove the camera and see if that fixes the problem, but it never did that before. I used to play the game on my VR to have a big screen so it didn’t have any issues before.
