3.13.0 Warlord's Mark changes not applying to Elder Rings

I don't think this is purely a tooltip error, it seems that Warlords Marks triggered by Elder influenced Rings (I'm using a level 12 Warlord's Mark ring, though I doubt that makes a difference compared to the level 8 one) still only grant 5 rage over 1 second when you stun a cursed enemy instead of the new value of 20. To make sure it was just the Ring triggered version, I bought a warlords mark gem and took comparison screenshots of their tooltips. I'm pretty sure this is unintentional, since I've seen nothing that indicated that the 3.13.0 change that raised the rage generated only affected instances of the skill granted by skill gems.

I want to know if they knew of this issue or not. it really does make a build with 90 rage much different to play. I want to know if they are going to fix it

I replicated the same issue. It's not just a visual bug. I tested with self cast warlords and warlords on hit ring. The ring still only regens 5 rage.
