FreeSync / GSync in Windowed Mode Doesn't work anymore

Freesync / GSync in Windowed mode or Windowed Fullscreen used to work completely fine until today.
Today it works when I start the Game for a few minutes and then it stops working and only works on Fullscreen. Fullscreen is terrible but I would like to keep FreeSync / GSync. It was fine until I played today after the patch. Last bumped on Aug 9, 2021, 1:01:18 PM

Have you checked G-Sync settings in the Nvidia control panel (or AMD's control panel) to make sure it's enabled for non-fullsceen apps? Sometimes that turns itself off for me when there's a new driver update. I am running g-sync fine in windowed mode for PoE

Yes, I checked, there are no new drivers and GSync is enabled for windowed apps.
As I said from Friday until Monday it worked but on Tuesday it didn't anymore. And it's so weird that it works for a few minutes and then it doesn't anymore. Last edited by TheSwerik#1898 on Jan 20, 2021, 10:40:44 AM

Okay, it works again, I reset all of my 3D-Settings for the game in the NVidia Control Panel.
I have changed some things manually but afaik I only changed them to values that were the global values anyway but apparently I didn't. Still weird why it would work in Fullscreen but not Windowed mode but oh well. If someone has the same problem, reset your 3D-Settings for the game, even if you think you haven't changed anything.
