No rituals spawn, fixed lab trial in storyline doesn't spawn [resolved]

I'm in the ritual league, but no rituals are spawning. (Tested The Ossuary and the reliquary). Additionally, the fixed lab trial in The Ossuary for merciless lab isn't spawning either, so I can't do merciless lab.

This is 100% reproducible - each new The Ossuary instance I create has the same issue, no ritual and no lab trial. Tested with 4 instances.

I'm level 62, so this should have nothing to do with me being overlevelled or underlevelled.

Rituals and lab trials were properly spawning before the 10 minute maintenance yesterday. Did not test directly after the maintenance.
