Lookout Map boss room has no exit after activating Ritual

It appears as though activating the Ritual in Lookout has bricked my lookout map. It appears the game still thinks I'm in the ritual/boss encounter, blocking the exit from being accessible. That's jut my take on it, not necessarily what happened, but that's what makes sense.

Same issue for me. Missed an earlier ritual and wanted to go back but the door wasn't clickable.

Same here. I made a portal and exited, then came back in, but still no exit available.
