Silo Boss Permanently Invulnerable

My silo boss became permanently invulnerable. I believe he has a natural invulnerability phase, but it seems he got stuck in that phase and returned to the arena. I should note that he flew up for his divebomb attack but only did so once. He did not enter his standard invulnerability phase while the player kills adds. When he landed from the single divebomb he was invulnerable.
Maven was witnessing the fight which may have something to do with it (she fully regenerated his health and gave him ES). Either way, map was impossible to complete after bug occurred. Same thing happened to me while fighting this boss while the maven was present.

Same issue on Overgrown Ruin Maligaro, but no Maven present. He summoned both friends at the same time which is also unusual. Might be related to being frozen by me.

Just happened to me also, with Maven witnessing.

Having the same issue with Silo and the Maven being present. Can not damage the boss after the first invulnerability phase.
