Lab dark shrine bug

It happened at least twice now: I click on the dark shrine, izaro text and voice "a potent little gift from our primitive past" is doubled. As i press "tab", it doesn't show the dark shrine effect under the minimap. It seems the only effect that is not showing in there is the same as the "twice enchanted" prophecy effect.

I got the exact same bug, in Cruel Lab.
My bug reference report was 3 306 999 329. I had a first shrine that gave me Impenetrable Shrine, and the second shrine didn't add any buff, nor spawned a portal or anything. |

has happened to me on every character in every version of lab - one of the shrines either does nothing OR it is doubling one that is there already and they may or may not work (it cannot make trapes do less to you twice, but perhaps it can cause two keys to drop? probably not, but who knows)
