Phasing with Raider 'Quartz Infusion'

With the new changes to Raider 'Quartz Infusion' now granting Phasing, will the character always show as blurred or "Invisible" even in social areas and Hideout? Rip MTX if this is the case.

Phasing itself doesn't have any visual effect, but some sources of it grant unique ones.

Not sure what it means on the wiki... I thought we would become "ghosts" unless something has changed recently...

"Previous methods of perma-phasing on Raider did indeed also cause a permanent distortion effect wherever you were. Guessing it will be the same now, but only GGG could say for sure. I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.

you will look regular in towns because buffs dont apply

Unless they changed it you will be perma phased out. I've done a bunch of Ahn's Heritage raiders in the past and have always had the ghostly phased look.

Main reason I never touch that branch on my raiders. Hopefully they rethink it now that it's truly permanent.
