feel like I already asked, but found nothing in my messages i was reading about infernal legion on the wiki, and it says " do the skitterbots die ? how much life do they have ? all in all, is it worth it at the league start ? TY Last bumped on Jan 9, 2021, 10:52:11 AM

No, they dont die.
Its quite difficult to scale though, as the base damage is quite low, and having all the supports on the skitterbot to make it do more damage also reserve more mana, which leaves you less room for other auras. You can try it on victarios, as that reduces the mana reserved by a lot, but its still kind of meh (unless ther is a way to scale that I couldn't figure out. Not sure if this part was fixed yet either, but when I did it, anything that was curse immune didn't take damage from it for some reason (like those little totem things in Kaom's Last edited by Nubman#6211 on Jan 8, 2021, 9:57:03 PM

" No they don't die, also the damage is paltry, and minions cannot proc EE for you or for other minions. However, you can proc EE for them, and for other minions, and use the ignite to spread other ailments, curses, conversions, or stacking. Anything that triggers when applied to an ignited enemy will love a permanent source of ignite. Also, delving. In the dark you can't see shit. Monsters could be hiding in there and you won't know until you blunder in and start seeing hp bars. Not so fast, pardner. Set shit on fire first, and you can see it plain as day! They also shine in tunnels/repository contracts because all the robots do is stand there dormant and you may miss them...light them all up and that tells you where they are AND it aggro's them. edit: also perception jobs...skitters go around corners and freeze/shock proximity sentries. This lets you see them before they enter active cycle and fill up your alert bar. You have to usually wait for Nenet to get her shit together and be in straight LOS of them to take them down...but if you ignite them and they slowly simmer down to slag then you and Nenet can just walk right by. Infernal legion attached to Skitterbots is great way of proccing "+30% to Critical Strike Multiplier against Burning Enemies" that Saboteur has.

Skiterbots are fine but its a substantial mana reservation.
If you can afford/find essence of insanity early in league then use that on a weapon and its game on. On occultist with expulsion and one curse it a solid start for clearing maps tho don't expect much on boss fights. Most important is to get + gem levels for infernal legion.
